Audits
Before moving forward with successful church community ministry, most churches need to understand the functional nature of the current communication system; and, the integration and quality of primary communication pieces. These reviews, or assessments, are called Communication Audits. Here's what we offer:

1. A two-day (Sunday-Monday) on-site evaluation. This includes an on-site evaluation of how your church connects with members and guests on a Sunday morning. It also includes a review of your primary church communication methods (website, newsletter, worship bulletin and more) and a Monday meeting with appropriate staff. Findings are presented in a written report. It also includes the option of Sunday afternoon discussion groups with rank-and-file membership surrounding your church's communication efforts.

2. Off-site Basic Communication Review. Send your primary church communication methods for an off-site review and written report. The written report includes affirmation, suggestions and prescriptive advice.

3. Simple Reviews. Scott Vaughan will review your church website or your church newsletter, separately, at minimal cost. Each review includes a written report with affirmation, suggestions, and prescriptive advice.
